Mr. and Mrs. Hill write -
"Having an unexpected home repair emergency can be a nightmare.
Questions arise about length of repairs, interruption of daily
routines, does our contractor know what he’s doing, etc. Such
an emergency confronted us in the form of a water leak in our
crawlspace which was caused by a leaking jetted tub. This leak
was only discovered when we opened the crawlspace door to
retrieve some old building materials.
Our insurance company put us in contact with an adjuster who in
turn suggested we contact Brad Coots with BSI Recon. To our
surprise, upon contacting him on a Friday afternoon, he came to
our house about 2 hours later to look at the damage.
Such a congenial young man, Brad calmed our fears of the
unknowns regarding our project. Brad’s professionalism and kind
nature calmed our fears of this newly present catastrophe in our
lives. A plan was discussed and a contract for work executed.
Brad’s team are professionals in their specialties and when
changes had to be made, or orders were delayed, everyone reacted
in a professional and mature manner. They were respectful of
our property, cleaning up after every visit to the house,
leaving us with the sense that they care." Sent via email on May 31st, 2026

Thank you both for the kind words.
Like the Hill's, you may have water damages in your home without knowing. Some insurance carrier will even deny you claim if they feel the leak has gone on for too long. A good adjuster and the right contractor can help you get the coverage you deserve.
